Shipping Policy

DISPATCH

Please allow 1-2 days processing for your order before we're able to ship it out. Delivery takes 2-5 business days after processing. 

  • Pre-order items may take 7 working days before it will be shipped out.
  • We ship out items everyday from Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-5 PM. 
  • On hand items may be ordered and shipped out within the day. Please do message us for same-day delivery orders. Same-day delivery orders may be booked by the client.

 


SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING

All orders dispatched will be provided with a tracking number. For follow up concerns, kindly contact the courier directly.

SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

Clients are responsible for shipping fees, duties, and taxes that may occur in their respective delivery areas. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.

RETURNS

Swimsuits cannot be returned as these are considered undergarments. For your protection and safety, please make sure to order the correct size. Need help in sizing? Shoot us an e-mail at soleilswimwear.ph@gmail.com.

RE-DELIVERY OF PARCELS 

If your parcel is returned by the courier, we will inform you right away to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that the shipping fee for re-delivery of parcels should be shouldered by the client.

LOST PARCELS

We provide tracking numbers for every parcel shipped out from our store. Incase your parcel fails to be delivered by your chosen courier, Soleil Swimwear cannot be held responsible for the courier's fault of delivery, thus will not be able to refund in these circumstances.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

We offer FREE pick up of your order from our warehouse located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. However, viewing prior to purchasing or fitting items is not allowed.
