We are exclusively online on Instagram, Facebook and this website. We have no physical store yet.
What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via PayPal. You need to sign up for a PayPal account to use this method. We also accept bank deposits (BDO, BPI and LBC Pera Padala).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Do you do meet ups?
Unfortunately, we do not. We can ship door to door!
What courier do you use, how much is the shipping fee, and how long is the lead time?
We can also ship worldwide! Soleil Swimwear is not responsible for the duties and taxes incurred on international shipments.
Soleil Swimwear can never be held responsible for delays or lost items handled by the courier.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges to guarantee the quality of our products. Please make sure of the size and style before you order.
What if I receive a faulty item?
Our team double check your packages before they get shipped out. Incase there's a factory defect or a wrong style has been shipped to you, we'll definitely replace them if received within 7 days. Kindly return the item unwashed, unworn, with hygienic liner and original tags. Shoot us an e-mail immediately at email@example.com.
Rinse thoroughly using a mild detergent before and after use. Handwash with cold water. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
Soleil Swimwear only use the best dyes for our swimwear. However, some swimsuits may still bleed or fade due to sunlight, and strong chlorinated water. Do not hang your swimsuits while drying in direct sunlight. Lay flat in a cool dry place until it dries up.
